I just realized that I had never written a review for this place, and my photo was featured (until it got trumped by someone else's photo later the same day, lol).... So here we go.... My coworker was telling me about how amazing Dunkin's frozen coffee is, so I was elated to come here with some coworkers while on a business trip so I could try one out. So of course I got the largest size, and yup, it's sweet and delicious! But also a gazillion calories, so definitely only an occasional treat--not to replace my daily coffee. Haha.

The costumer service in this place is super bad, the guy that was taking our order was talking on his cellphone the whole time. He was so into his conversation that he took our whole order wrong, he didn’t even greet us or even told us the total. The drinks were not good and not what we asked for. Worst Dunkin’ that we have visited.

My husband and I went here we ordered an ice matcha latte and a cold foam cold brew with one pump of vanilla. The guy that took our order didn't greet us when we came in. He was just on his cellphone phone the whole time which it seems super rude, when we received our drinks my husband's cold brew was not what he asked for and it was water down. It didn't even taste like it usually does. Bad costumer service and worst Dunkin' Donuts we have ever gone to.
Not all Dunkin' Donuts are created equal... I don't expect much from dunkin honestly.... came to get my toddler a birthday donut and expected to stop and use the potty on our way out as a paying customer... welp nope , not allowed because "it's being cleaned" even though the cleaning person was in the foyer wiping windows the entire time- yapping on his ear piece. Just wanted to change a diaper without having my kids butt out in public or in the cold car. Very unpleasant staff. There's plenty of other dds around so good thing we can just pick another next time. Believe me when I say I will NEVER visit this one again , even if I'm desperate.

Don't Wanna Freak Anybody Out or Nothing But There's a Donut Shortage on the Horizon People!! Yeah it's true cause I heard about on the news. Something's Gotta Be Done!! Something's Gotta Be Done!! Something's GOT TO BE DONE!! And I don't know about You, but I'm grabbing up whatever they got left on the shelves in here and it's ALL going home with Me, and Nobody better try and stop Me either cause I can put up with alot of s*** but a Donut Shortage right now, is The Last Freaking Straw!! Lol!! So it's buh bye Boston Cream, catch ya later Coconut, peace out Powdered Sugar, adios Apple Crumb, sayonara Cinnamon, good bye Glazed, and so long Old Fashioned. NO., NO., forget you, ain't Nobody gonna miss you Old Fashioned, Nobody. Lol!! And I'll tell ya something else too, and this is the really legitimate part of the Review so pay close attention: this Parsippany Dunkin Donuts is definitely NOT one of the best or most efficient I've ever stepped foot in okay. So it really doesn't surprise Me how low they're rated and I whole heartedly agree with most of my fellow Yelpers, buut they Do Have Donuts.. sooo yeah.. there's that, Lol!! 3 Stars
