I normally don't get coffee from Dunkin' and my trip here solidifies why. My SO and I were very disappointed with our drinks. I ordered an iced hazelnut coffee and what I received tasted like iced tea with whiskey, figure that one out. It was atrocious and probably one of the worst drinks I've ever had in my life. My SO's Dunkaccino tasted watered down and we ended up throwing out both drinks, wasting our time and money. America runs on hot garbage should be this location's slogan.
They have recently been under new ownership, and while I've enjoyed the way it was previously ran, it is even better now! Staff is super friendly and always greeting me with a smile. I also have to say THANK YOU for always getting my coffee just right! Some other Dunkins don't make it the same way every visit, but this one makes it correctly every single time. Make this Dunkin your main one, you will not regret it!

Worst customer service, most unfriendly staff. People are kind of lost and always live in their own world forgetting they are here to work ??♂️Kid-friendliness: They are not at all kid friendly, even at a request will not give a cup of tap water - that hardly asked by one in 100 customers a day!!! The reason told is they pay money for a cup and cannot give it for free ! Wait that’s after we spent $11.8 on the store which is local to us!
