Came to this Dunkin' Donuts the employees were very rude and disrespectful. I asked. if I can use the restroom and they told me it is only for employees customers are not allowed to use the restrooms and they had signs posted all over restroom doors for employees only they were very rude and I will never go hereagain and I feel the company should close them down immediately their employees are a disgrace they'll take your money that's all by law if you have tables and people can sit down and eat you have to have a restroom for customers

I just went to one of your establishment and ordered a large coffee. Now, since the app has been updated you are able to choose more than one flavor shot but you're unable to choose the amount for each which is fine so I instead order one and go in to request the additional.I went into this location in Parsippany, NJ order attached and did this as I always do at other locations. Unfortunately at this location they not only tried to give me the incorrect size but proceeded to want to charge me for the additional shots I asked for. I only asked for this because normally when you ask for shot they don't stir it which leaves all the residue at the bottom so when I said the size was wrong, they just poured it into the larger cup. Now when I went to taste the coffee it wasn't sweet or had the pumpkin and toasted white chocolate flavor. So I requested the additional shots so I can do it myself or they can add it. They then preceeded to tell me it's .10 cents per shot, are you kidding me? I don't know if they did this to deter me from asking for the shot or this is their policy. I know this is a franchise owned business but you are still represent a brand company.You state America runs on DD so you understand how coffee is the start of someone's day. So, as you can see this definitely didn't start my day right as my coffee was made incorrectly as I doubt they added the required amount of pumps/pump for a flavored drink. There is no way 3 pumps of caramel and 2 pumps of TWC would leave a coffee with no sugar/flavor added taste. I also think they missed adding the non sweetened vanilla flavor as the coffee had no taste AT ALL.Parking: Parking Lot
