Everything was great, Besides the nuggets, they don't taste how they use to. The nuggets are always dry and have a weird taste to them now. Please help improve this issue! @mcdonalds

This location is horrendous. Employee was incredibly rude. We ordered food and beverages from here and my iced coffee was lukewarm and was given to me with 0 ice in it. When I asked if we could have a cup of water, considering we were paying customers, we were denied and told we could only purchase a bottle instead??? I’ve never in my life been denied a cup of water at a McDonalds after purchasing something else. Go to the other one down the road!

0 stars if possible. save your time go somewhere else!!! rudest customer service i have ever experienced. if you are able to, go to a different location!! after placing an order with items AVAILABLE ON THEIR MENU, they could not provide, employee told me "bro can't you call back later?" was completely arrogant, stupid, and rude. if you are going to put employees on overnight shifts make sure they are capable of learning how to use a doordash tablet. i'm a manager in food service very familiar with the doordash system and it is pretty straightforward. whoever was scheduled was not capable offering me any assistance and could not be polite in any way. do not waste your money coming to the parisppany location.

The mobile order screen actually prints paper. The staff is attentive. When I was looking for napkins, they asked mefirst if i needed help. The store is clean. If you order dine in, the staff actually brings the food to your table. This is a great mcdonalds.

They just consistently get orders wrong... I even asked them twice to make sure and they still got it wrong. I had to get back into line, to fix it. Make sure you check your order before you leave the lot.
