Literally no one in here for Saturday lunch except for our party...still waiting for our food 55min later....nothing but a few salads and a couple of panini's. The food preparer dropped my daughter's sub sandwich twice and finally got it right on the third try. I stopped in there on Friday night to check it out and should have known better when there was no one in there at 8 on a Friday evening. The manager did try to make good on it by giving us 25% off our check but too little too late.

Came to this location, to get a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Salad, when the lady was making, the salad, she didn't put much chicken in the plate and asked if I wanted more chicken, I said sure. I got charged extra 2.50 for extra chicken which I didn't know about the extra charge. Also she doesn't speak good English, had a hard time understanding her. This is a picture of the salad I got there is very little. The salad cost 9.99 small drink 2.79 all together with tax $16.29 was it worth the price? You tell me? As you can see in the picture it's not even half full, the bowl. As you can also see there is not enough dressing on the salad. She wanted to charge me extra for additional dressing.

I went to eat at this subway and the bathrooms were locked and there was no garbage can if any inspector reads please take this into consideration the Dunkin' next door did not have any open bathrooms either from what understand is a public place should have a bathroom available.

Great place to grab a quick sandwich.

So I bought the Philly cheesesteak sandwich combo. It cost me about $18. I thought I was going to enjoy my food since it cost so much??‍♀️. The sandwich had no flavor and tasted like cardboard, although I added several condiments on it. I was so disappointed. I spent all that money and had to throw the sandwich in the garbage because that's where it belonged, smh??‍♀️??‍♀️.

I had the WORST experience, staff was very rude, actually told me that I won't get more vegetables because they have a shortage and it's too expensive. I ordered it online, and showed up 30 minutes late, and nothing was done. They told me they wait until I come in, because if I don't show up, they can save the sandwich. I'm NEVER going back!

Always cheerful and smiling. Hard worker. Love to get lunch there!

Subway owner decided to longer offer restrooms or a place for customers to wash their hands before eating... Hasn't COVID taught this clown anything?Never going here again!

Good and friendly service, lady making the sandwich was very attentive and took time to make the sandwich and didn’t rush as one normally sees. Only draw back at subways I have seen overall is that they hold back on adding enough veggies to your sandwich.

I ordered delivery, so I can't speak to the customer service here. Man was the food just straight up inedible, though. I forced myself to stomach half the sandwich so that I wouldn't feel like I wasted all my money, but I'm regretting it. Grabbing for the Pepto.I stopped eating Subway a few years ago because it became obvious that it was steadily declining in quality. I hate to admit it, but their excessive marketing push over the last year or so finally got to me today. I wish it hadn't. I saw one too many commercials during the tournament, and Charles Barkley led me astray. It could happen to you! This was far, far worse than the product I was disappointed in years ago.In general, you know what the ingredients of a Subway sandwich are supposed to taste like. When a tomato doesn't taste like a tomato and a pickle doesn't taste like a pickle... it's a 'things that make you go hmmm' situation.I couldn't even identify some of the tastes in that sandwich. I never thought I'd write this sentence... but the bread was perplexing.I'm writing this review because I don't want anyone else to waste their money here. Go elsewhere if you can afford it. We're in Jersey, so there's probably a much higher quality alternative elsewhere.I'm dramatic, but they shouldn't even be able to use the slogan 'Eat Fresh' after this. I genuinely feel like this is what food at the Chum Bucket would taste like. Maybe worse than that.I don't blame the franchisee because, as far as I know, the sharp decline in quality is on corporate and their distributors. Please just don't go here, though. Save yourself.
