Really problematic experience. First the online order does not show an order is placed or not. No email confirmation or text. So ended up ordering twice. For one of the orders the store completely forgot to give us 6 items worth around $15. I raised both issues to their customer service, no action and reply since then.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant. The food was delicious as always, and the service is adequate. The store was clean and the music they play is not very loud, but it is a good mix. The option to order at the kiosk is always a bonus.Chalupas are a little on the pricey side, but they are always delicious. If you have never had one, you should definitely try it! We definitely plan on eating here again!
This location has been slipping the past few years. It's the closest Taco Bell to our house, so it's very disappointing that we can't often rely on them to get our orders correct. Usually they just miss one or two items, but yesterday my son and I went through the drive through and the order they gave us was completely wrong! Not even close to what we ordered, so my son took it back in. They gave us the 'correct' order and my son took a cursory look and thought he saw the correct number of burritos on tacos. We got home and found that the second order was completely wrong as well!! They gave me the wrong order twice!!

Made a mistake thought I had ordered in Wharton but ordered here was 15 min drive when I got here food wasn't done or made which I thought was interesting. Still food was ok clean place I guess no real complants.
