For the third time our orders were incorrectly fulfilled. First encounter missing chicken nuggets, second time missing fries and third time missing chilli, fries, a burger. The given burgers ordered without cheese came with cheese. What can I say? These are online orders and everything were listed out and prepaid. Why so many mistakes when a list is right in front of you during non-peak hours with minimal customers. I give up.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was raw on the inside and I complained to the manager “marnel” according to his name tag told me their was nothing he can do for me and when I started to argue he told me to leave or he’ll call the cops. GREAT customer service you guys have I will be taking this up with corporate

I am not a fast food consumer. However, Wendy's chilli is, in my opinion, by far the best in taste and value. I cannot recommend any other item in their menu since I do not consume any of their other products.

I love Wendys but this location doesn't cool their frostys enough. I think the machine is messed up or set to a slightly higher temp than the other Wendys. Every time I order a frosty from this location it melts sooo fast and doesn't taste very cold. It's annoying. Frostys are supposed to be thick and cold and refreshing. Other than that I think the customer service here is great! The staff is very helpful and wonderful. They work very hard! I appreciate all of them!
