TLDR: Drive thru wait was long, workers don’t understand or speak English well, got given the wrong order, and then couldn’t get a refund.First, this was the longest time I’ve ever spent in a BK drive thru line. Second, I pull up to pay and then notice the order on the receipt was incorrect, tried to explain it wasn’t my order but 2 of the workers insisted it was and it was my fault because they repeated the order back before coming up to the window which isn’t true, they start talking Spanish to each other which might explain why there was a mishap. Since it was sandwich I don’t like I asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t do that because it’s what I ordered and they wouldn’t throw it out or give it someone else (don’t know why since I never touched the bag or it’s contents) so then I asked for my order on top of this order and they said they couldn’t do that either and to come back the next day to order it??? What? Never had this experience at any BK location and the worst drive thru experience.

Waited 20 mins for my food. Manager said drive thru is more important than in side orders. So I get my food and everything was cold like actually cold my onion rings my chicken sandwiches and whopper. And I paid 24$ for this. This is not

This place has really went downhill. Burger King was never the best but at least they used to produce some quality food. I ordered food via doordash and it arrived barely warm, the fries had no salt, and the sandwich was smushed together and sloppy. There's a reason why Burger King can't compete with the other fast food brands anymore. Its clear to me that they just stopped caring.
Needs renovations asap. The bathroom needs regular maintenance as well as major renovations.
