Real Mozzarella and fresh ingredients. Bravo Team Blaze.

About 90% of the meat came out medium or well done!!! Why bother asking me how I like my beef if I'm not going to get it???? Then the Maître d came by at the end and asked me how everything was, I told him what happened then he told me I should get here before 7:30 next time because that's when I can medium rare!!!! I never ever heard such an absurd comment!!!! Solar do Minho is one of the best!!! Never had a complaint!!!! I will never come back to this place!!!
