My bf and I ate here last night and we ordered this special that they have. It includes half chicken, chaufa, salad, fries, two wontons, AND drink for only $15. The plate is huge and they aren't selfish with portions.Regarding the reviews underneath; we didn't experience anything like that so it seems like this restaurant might be under new management. The waitress was very attentive but not overbearing. She even left us a huge bottle of aji on our table, along with ketchup and this white sauce that I didn't get to try. The aji wasn't runny or lacking any flavor. This was the best meal I've had in a while.The atmosphere was calm and the music wasn't so loud that you couldn't carry a conversation with someone.I would recommend this place for nice hefty portion of good Peruvian food.

on Aug 29th, we tried this restaurant and it was the worst experience ever. First, we waited for almost 1 hour and the food didn't come out.The waitress's service was poor, the dishes were coming out one at a time every 15 minutes.One of our friends didn't receive the order and after 1 hour she canceled it , she ignored us all the time.The waitress didn't ask for the tip and just included it in the bill.

Warning. They do not disclose that they charge a credit card surcharge fee which is against NJ law!! Also service is sllooowww. Food comes out at different times. They apparently ran out of ice and served beverages room temperature soda and water. Just subpar service. Food was mediocre. Definitely we won’t return. You have been warned eat at your own risk. Gratuity is also added automatically. Terrible.

I ordered over the phone and was told my order would be ready in 30-45 minutes. I got to the place and my order was not ready. I asked how much longer and they told me about five minutes. After 20 minutes I left. Other customers were also sitting waiting for food and asking about the delay and the waitresses had no answer. Very bad service.

What an awful dining experience! A group of 8 $190 bill and the food was bland and horribly made!!! Every plate came out at different times. Leaving others to watch the one person eating. Once the food came out. Omg it was awful. The seafood tallarín (fettuccini) was made basically with vinegar!! Chaufa bland with no color and just tasteless. Tallarín verde was fettuccini super milky and a dash of basil! One bite and I just couldn’t anymore. There must’ve been a mean sale on fettuccini pasta. Pollo a la braza bland (and isn’t his a Peruvian specialty?)!!!! Lomo, watered down No FLAVOR!!!!! The only thing that was edible was the salchipapa and papá a la huacaina!! Please go elsewhere. This place does not know how to cater good food for a large group! Or even coordinate the food to come out at the same time!!!

Stay away from this place. The food here is horrible absolutely no flavor/ seasoning on none of the food.Chicken is very small it’s the size of a child’s hand. Chaufa rice was dry and had no flavor. Waitstaff is horrible also all around bad place to eat.
