DO NOT GOOrdered on the mobile app. Requested few modifications for two caramel crazes. Order was completely wrong. When asked to make it according to order both employees got visibly upset and made us pay again. When we paid AGAIN it was still WRONG.

It’s the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever I was there a few times all the times they don’t have some thing last time I was here I ordered a large hot coffee On the app I came in they told me sorry we don’t have covers now I came in I wanna order a large cold brew sorry we don’t have large cups don’t come to this

This Dunkin Donuts, at 76 Main Avenue in Passaic, is definitely one of the worst ones around. Besides having higher prices than others nearby, this is only place I've been to that completely fouled up on three items in one session. First, despite it being only a little before six in the evening, they were completely out of the type of donuts I wanted, and the one that I actually took was decidedly stale. Next, the coffee was more resemblant of discolored hot water than actual coffee. Finally, a simple thing like a bagel with butter turned out as a lump of charcoal with only a dab of discernable butter present in just one bite out of that abominable conglomeration. To add to the displeasure of my visit was the facial expression of the counter person, which gave off the impression of "I just want to get out of here". Needless to say, I won't have any plans for future patronizing of this train wreck.Wheelchair accessibility: At least they have an entrance that is mobility device friendly and ample room for maneuvering about.

This particular dunkin has very nice customer service however im not a fan of the coffee my order never seems to be correct but they are nice enough to fix anything thts wrong. Plenty of parking as is in a parking lot with other stores
