Ordered a online exclusive order and went to pick it up. Drive thru was open and these entitled people who somehow still work here made me get out of my car and walk up to get my food at the window in the freezing cold. I’m a small girl in my 20’s at 11 pm, in not the best part of town and this was absolutely absurd.

Very poor quality food. The oil is not changed regularly and the taste of the food reflected this fact. Maybe a bad day but, I can’t remember getting food this bad from a franchise.

I’ve come here for years & appreciate that the biscuits are never burnt or stale. The chicken is always on point for fried buttermilk chicken. The coleslaw never disappoints, the mashed potatoes are not too salty, & the Mac & cheese is not too cheesy. Nice balanced flavor. The parking lot, dining room, bathroom are always clean. Keep up the great work. The drive-thru is always well lit & working too.

Cashier gave herself a $3 tip on an $10 order, and said it was for biscuits! It literally said “donation” on the screen. Then she snatched the receipt away!Homeless guy was going through garbage and then came in screaming, tried talking to my children…they do nothing.

This place crew is terrible, stopped at the drive-thru after a bad day in a hospital and looking at the menu with 4 family members, guy said to hurry up that we were on a timer. Reallyyyyyyyyyyyy? No one behind us and he spit his nonsense lack professionalism and politely out to the garbage can. Luckily KFC I can’t rate -5 Stars. Ohhhh and for worst a Latino like me, Reallyyyyyyyyyyyy?
