I placed an order through Uber Eats for 3 pupusas, two of them mixed scrambled eggs and the other chorizo with cheese and to tell the truth they didn't have any filling, they were empty, totally tasteless!

They call this chicharron with yucca. It is a wrong order and unfair to customer service. The order is reduced to about 3 shredded pork rinds to see more. Please do not deceive the customer.

That restaurant is infected with cockroaches, lacosina, they don't clean it, it's a cook, and the soup is frozen and warmed up, it's 3-day-old soup, it's pure berda, I work, but when I get there, the new owner resigns because everything is so badToo many cockroaches are even on the plates where one serves the food, many hairs come out of the food
The wait for my order was over an hour because it was supposed to take 20 minutes to prepare. I went to the restaurant to pick up my order and they tell us it was going to take another half hour now it's after 6:50 and I still haven't had my order.

If you’re looking to walk into a restaurant and NOT get acknowledged, this is the place to go. It’s sad because as a salvadoreño you have an expectation from the restaurant. The girl working there looked so miserable didn’t even bother taking my order or anything, instead said “give her (the woman cooking) a few minutes she’s busy. That few mins turned into 20 minutes, I just left. There were two guys waiting for their food before I got there and by the time I left they still didn’t received it. Sad to say this place could close down and no one would be sad.

We went to eat, the service was super bad, the young woman they had to attend to was super slow, she didn't even know what she was doing, and the man who attended the cash register, I don't know if he was the owner or the administrator, did not take care that we were attended as customers After waiting about 30 minutes for our order to be taken, we stood up and went to where the man at the register was to have our order taken. Even so, we still waited another 45 minutes and nothing good. In the end, I decided that he was not there. Well this and we told them where our order is, we've been here for 1 hour and nothing happens, the owner or administrator told us if you want to go, wow, what a bad service and little respect for the customer, people how are you should not open businesses like this, this is a disaster I do not recommend this site, do not go, it was a very bad day that they made our family spend, I think one star for this place would be too much, super bad service
