ABSOLUTELY GROSS IT WAS TERRIBLE I GOT MY FOOD AFTER 2 HOURS AND THE FOOD WAS SO BAD IT TASTED LIKE GARBAGE THE MEAT TASTED LIKE PLASTIC AND WASNT COOKED AND ALSO THE WORKERS WERE SO RUDE THEY THREW MY FOOD ON THE TABLE.

I’ve had so many issues with this McDonald’s. My mom places orders on the app and the app glitches and takes the money but not the order. This has happened twice, the first time it happened, it took over 40 minutes to get help and get her money back and she only got help from this one nice worker. The second time was today and she got 40 dollars worth of stuff but it glitched and took the money but not the order. She went into McDonald’s and did another order in front of them to show them and the app worked but it still took 40 dollars aswell. So my mom paid 80 dollars and she was in that McDonald’s for a long time for no reason trying to get her money back over an issue with their app and their management. We don’t even know if she’ll get her money back. If your gonna order with the app, make sure your basically screen recording. I’m not saying this happens all the time, but it’s ironic it happened twice to us.

This is my fourth time going here around lunch time..If you have time to go to the McDonalds on Daytona I say go there. Way better service! Here will be asked to move up or wait 5-10 minutes 80% of the time in the tightest area. If you order ahead, once you get there your order will STILL not be ready. You will still be asked to wait. Ridiculous.
I decided to come to this McDonald’s since I usually do for lunch but was disappointed with how the service was and usually I don’t write reviews because I don’t like to but this time I was dissatisfied with their service. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order I was stuck waiting for about 8 minutes which already was a lot since I only get a 30 minute break. I stood there as I saw the workers and their manager huddled up eating a pizza all together and laughing by where the food is handed out to be packed. One of the employees finally saw me and then plopped the bag on the counter and slowly turned it around while still eating a pizza in hand with their mouth full and said “is this your order” to which I replied “yes and thank you” then went back to my job to eat with the little time I had left. I know what it’s like working in fast food from experience but still this was very disappointing.
