first they claim my order will be here at 6:55. then at 7:22 they text me that my order gets here at 7:13.. how is that even possible… but then again, it’s nothing new. the food is late 10/10 times you order from here.

So annoyed with this place. Always an issue. Wish the one on Van Houten was opened. I placed an order for 8 pies online for my son's birthday. As my husband is leaving to go pick up our order they call me to tell me I have to pay before they can make the pies. If that was the case than the website shouldn't have allowed me to place the order with the option to pay in store. I have never been called by any pizza spot to tell me they cannot make my order unless I pay 1st. Pizza Hut needs to do better. This is extremely unprofessional and is very suspicious. I did not feel comfortable providing the young lady with my card information over the phone.
