We did 2 veggie combo and crunch wrap one and they give us beef instead of beans i am so upset i am vegetarian. If someone ordered veggie combo how can you give them meat inside. it means you’re not fully trained or you don’t care about customer service. I am very upset i couldn’t eat after knowing about beef. you guys are not careful and don’t care what customer wants and they order. Please don’t order from here they don’t care if you don’t eat meat or not.

This Taco Bell, located just off downtown Passaic, is very convenient to both numerous primary thoroughfares and nearby Route 21, as well as several bus routes.The food is standard Taco Bell fare, nothing really outstanding, but getting it can be a bit of an adventure sometimes, as the drive through lines can take forever at times. The inside service can be a bit interminable at times as well, with what little non preparational staff occasionally overwhelmed, with seemingly preferential treatment given to the drive through, at inside customers' expense. Sometimes, just getting a couple of items from the kiosk can take nearly five minutes the time you finish your order and submit it, to the time you actually get to pay for it. This happens even though you are the only one on line.Best advice here: Budget extra time for yourself when you're coming here. You'll very much need it.Vegetarian options: Entire section of menu, though smallish, is dedicated, and clearly labeled (with V) as vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: You must read the menu carefully for ingredients. Allergens information is posted.Parking: Small lot, with spaces in front and on one side. PM drive-thru serves sloppy orders. I opened my bag and everything was pretty much poorly wrapped, lettuce and cheese falling everywhere.The Dorito tacos were falling apart before I could I could get a bite.
The best thing about Taco Bell nowadays is that you can customize your items ordered. But check your orders as it is only as accurate as the person who follows the order screen. I placed an online order and was unable to make all modifications on my order because the online app does not allow you to do so. When I arrived in the drive through to pick up my order, I told the person that I had modifications since there wasn’t a place for me to do them online. She said ok and then a guy “so called manager” interrupted and came on the intercom to let me know that if I needed to make any modifications that I needed to come inside or call prior to picking up my order. I told him that no Taco Bell or place will talk to a customer in that manner and there was no need of being rude. Instead of him listening to me he kept cutting my off. I went inside to get my food since apparently that’s what I had to do. Inside the store he was also rude, constantly cutting me off. I asked him for his name and he wouldn’t give it to me. First of all if you’re a manager then you should AKWAYS provide your name. Secondly he knew he wasnt in the right and therefore wouldn’t provide his name. I always have problems at this Taco Bell. They are all rude. And to top it off since he wanted to be all big and bad they left out items of food and also still didn’t make my order right. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give them a zero I would!
