Their food was fresh and good quantity but not that much testy that I thought. We ordered the Beef shawarma which was very salty for me, chiken kabob was average, I thought it would be juicy and mint drink which was super sour. If they balance salt and lemon in their food, that will be good for them and their customers.
Al basha staff above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory experience. Even during their busiest month of Ramadan, the food came out delicious, and the owner apologized for the appetizers being delayed, gave us a complimentary tea pot and took great care of us. Easily best spot for middle eastern food in the area.

Al-Basha is a wonderful, essential restaurant in Clifton/Patterson NJ. It features some of the most flavorful food around, great service and a spacious modern atmosphere (now with an outdoor area in the back.)
