This place is fantastic. At the entrance it looks like a simple fast food place but when you go to the area where the tables are, it is a magical experience that immerses you in another place. The food is delicious, the portions are reasonable and the price pretty good. I really recommend it ?

If I can give them a zero I would do so worth service and Resturant for take out . No organization they mess up customers orders. The wait is horrible even you ordered ahead of time . No customer service manners .I ordered one hour ahead of time my order wasn’t ready when I went and the guy charged me for it then after 30 minutes wait I found anther customer with the same order number that I paid for already the guy took the meals from me and said oh not yours but you paid for it so give it to the other guy . I said I need my money back he said okay and if you need to place anther order you have to wait. What a joke ! Never order from them again just big reputation for a dirty food handling restaurant they need to get edit for hygiene and food handling.

Visited Alshami Shawarma today and had a less-than-ideal experience. I specifically requested 2 super chicken shawarma meals without pickles due to personal preferences, especially since I was visiting and headed back to PA. Unfortunately, upon reaching home, I discovered they had given me 2 regular meals, and to my dismay, both included pickles. Additionally, the fries that accompanied the meals were of noticeably low quality, which was disappointing. To top it off, the waiting time exceeded 30 minutes, which is quite extensive, only to receive the wrong order. It was an unfortunate set of circumstances for what I had hoped would be a delightful meal."

The chicken Shawarma was very authentic, middle eastern style made in the thin flatbread with pickles and garlic sauce. It's nice and simple joint mainly selling Shawarmas along with some standard sides. Be prepared to wait for 10-20 mins as they are always busy with large orders. The beef shawarma runs out much early in the day. The garlic sauce is delicious and they give a generous amount.

The insults directed at this guy are baseless and ridiculous because I've been there several times, the food is great, and on top of that, the cashier is a really great person. He is also very helpful and kind and this is the one who slandered the cashier. I'm pretty sure it's the Jewish looking mouse.

Ever since my husband moved from Michigan, we've been woefully lacking in good Middle Eastern food. By chance, I realized that there was a whole strip of restaurants in Paterson, so I suggested we stop by after running errands in Paramus. We both had the chicken shawarma sandwich that came with fries, pickles, and garlic sauce. I wouldn't say it's Dearborn good, but it was very close. Chicken was tender and the garlic sauce was flavorful.

This was by far the most appalling customer service I've ever encountered. The cashier, a short individual with glasses, displayed extreme rudeness and unnecessary sarcasm. The lack of professionalism in this establishment is truly appalling. I swear by God, I will never return. That cashier is infamous for their blatant disrespect. I strongly advocate for their dismissal.
