I can see why this place has 1 star. Staff isn't friendly. The place just looks dirty. Can anyone at least sweep when there's down time? Anyway my cheese empanada was cold. Look at the picture my cheese was stiff. Insert major sad face. Milkshake was good. Other locations are great but this one...not so much.

This was my first visit to a Banana King. It was a Monday at 5:29pm. I had purchased a cheeseburger and pineapple shake from Grubhub for a 5:30 pickup. I enjoyed my meal in the restaurant. I suggest not pre-ordering since the food was so cold. It didn't even feel that it was ever originally warm and then cooled off. I was surprised to find fries in my bag since I didn't expect them but then it turned out that they were even colder than the burger. I struggled to finish what I had paid for. The shake was cold just like the food but at least that's a positive.
It doesn't consistently have everything early morning, like buñuelos and so , workers are slow , rude and they under staff .

Rudest old lady their was. Very rude, you would ask her something and she would just pretend you weren’t their or ignore you. If it weren’t for the other nice ladies their. I don’t know how people like that have a job.

I asked the girl for an orange juice. She came back with a smoothie, when I asked her what it was she told me that it was an orange juice. I didn't accept. I then asked for a chicken empanada. The meat was nowhere to be found and it was cold.
