So I've been coming here for a while. I usually order their shakes and empanadas which are pretty good. However today I decided to venture out and try something different. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was half empty. I mean...where's the chicken? Terrible.

I must say, This establishment is ran to the T. EXCELLENT level of service, detail to my very complex juice order. And always so diligent and attentive. Keep up the great job. From the manager to the cooks and cashier, everyone rolls up their sleeves and gets to take care of the customer first. That's what Paterson is All About!!

Love the wraps and chinalo juice here come numerous times a week but today was very annoyed that both employees in the front had there noses completely out of there mask i think with the corona you should have your nose covered its not a game and shouldn't be taken as such the guy in the front bent down to get something and his nose was practically touching someones drink lid of drinks he made in front of him almost made me not wanna take my food do better please take corona serious wear the mask right and also please clean the dead bugs of the window sill where people sit to eat thats nasty as hell and been like that for weeks

Food is great. Staff is nice and attentive especially their employee Thayne. He's very quick when making my food and smoothie. I love this place so much. Wait is kinda long but worth it. The Food really fills you up for such a good price.

Totally love this place and their fresh juices. We usually order from here once a week. Their food selection isn't huge but I love their pernil plantain sandwich. I could eat those everyday forever.

I actually happen to really enjoy this establishments empanadas but Im giving 1 star for the simple fact that the girls at the counter thought I couldn't speak Spanish because I have a WHITE skin tone and started to talk smack about me because they thought I didn't understand Spanish. Disgusting. So much for woman empowerment. And based on other reviews Im not the first one. You're losing good customers because of your rude and RACIST employees.

Placed a Grubhub order at 3:30 it was delayed FIVE TIMES!!!! The restaurant doesn't answer the phone and so I call Grubhub for them to tell me the restaurant can't fulfill my order, even though the restaurant started preparing it right when I made my order? I'm thinking they didn't say anything cus they thought I wouldn't say anything and they'd be able to keep my money. If there's one business I hope fails during this pandemic it's this one. Get your act together
do not order from here using grubhub! never got my food! when i called the restaurant to complain they gave me delivery guys number and said he left 20 mins ago. i called del guy he said he is on his way. i called back after 10 mins del guy said i had wrong number and blocked me. called restaurant again they said they cant do anything about it that it was marked del by the del guy in their system so the del guy ate my food and i lost out on $17!

Really good food, for a good price. Fills me up good and they have a rewards program. Lots of available parking as well. They even have kiosks where you can order from in store in case there's a line. I like it.

Tried this for lunch today, definitely not blown away by the food. I got a Cuban sandwich, it was just ok, nothing special. Fries were fine but boring. Smoothie lacked something, tasted fine but boring, I've definitely had much better from other places nearby. Finally the last thing I tried was the empanadas, first bite it had a weird fish taste to it, I don't know if they cooked it or prepared near fish but definitely got a fishy flavor, I hate fish. The meat inside had something in it, not sure but didn't bother me much, just wasn't all meat by itself. The empanada itself was a little too chewy, maybe sat out a while or needed more cooking. Would eat again in a pinch because I've had way worse but also far better, probably won't be back.

So disappointed of their chimis. I had asked to get tomato and they didn't add any. The sandwich barely had cabbage (repollo) inside and the American cheese I asked for never melted Over all their food is not great.

I've been to this location probably three times , yesterday I thought I give it another try I ordered a green juice and every time I've placed an order the cashier who has assisted me also makes the juice , the problem is that I have had to ask them to please wash there hands and I still feel uncomfortable,I shouldn't have to ask them to wash there hands.they should put gloves on when handling food especially when juicing raw fruits or vegetables. I have also seen an employee with a mop in hand also assisting as a cashier and NO GLOVES ! This place seems a little unsanitary to me just my opinion
