It is located in a horrible spot but this is the only Checkers left near me. Although the location is horrible the staff is always friendly and ALWAYS get my order right! This is a big deal because I always have a huge order when I go for everyone and Everytime I get my order I don't check and it's always right on point! Thank you Checkers staff!

These employees that work there are nasty and rude. The last time I went I ordered a milkshake and an ice cream cheesecake sundae. They made me wait 18 mins all allthey did was stand there have a conversation on each other’s phones getting nasty with me while I had my kids in the car with me I was waiting for the one to get out of line they kept threatening me so I can call the cops. This place needs to be shut down or higher new management. It’s obviously that these women in there have no type of respect it seems like they were raised in the jungle.

This location has had poor customer service for years. I haven’t been to this location in some years due to the attitudes of the employees and nothing has changed. Whom ever took my order was rude , rushed to get my order and had a nasty attitude.

The staff was nasty (was) as in I have refused to eat from this particular establishment. When you have individuals who are trying to save and contribute in anyway they can. An associate should never attempt to take away surveys, not give change or offer superb customer service. This place is boycotted by me. There's nothing that would change my mind.

I placed an order at the Market Street location they told me that banana shake wasn't available, I had no problem with that when I got to the window just take a strawberry no thank you I didn't want that, I'll just take the rest of my order I'm fine with that ,then she goes to tell me there's no syrup for shake then few seconds pass by an she oh there making it now I found that odd you just said you didn't have the syrup so when I went to try to enjoy my meal they have given me a vanilla shake not what I ordered
