I literally waited 25 mins in an empty lot waiting for my food while the employees cursing at each other and one of them that’s a man trying to look like a woman was eating fries out the frying station with no gloves like eww they need to fire everyone there or close this place for being so

Was verbally assaulted by a gang of 3 black female employees over a burger. I can’t believe someone working in the service industry could have such disgusting attitudes while attending to their patrons. This location is a complete miss. Something needs to change. It’s in a terrible area so I doubt that’ll happen.

Drive through and parking lot is way too narrow. My van barely fit. They have you reverse from the window to behind the red bars, I'm assuming to stop the timer that shows how long the customer is waiting there. But the people behind me were honking at me and that is not an area where you wanna have people mad at you. My burger was so mushy like wet cat food inside a bun with nasty wet nacho cheese that tasted like pennies. I won't come here again.
