Paterson is known for have the best food in Nj, especially Peruvian. Dcarbon has an awesome vibe especially on the weekends. This particular location has challenges serving what you order. If order meat dish they will always bring it out well done no matter how you ordered it, plus overpriced for quality of food thatyou get.
A fantastic experience accompanied by Peruvian cuisine prepared with love, which makes it something special. Apart from this we have the fortune of a very good guide from one of his collaborators at El Joven Jose table. Who was in charge of helping each of the companions choose between the various drink and food options. I even took a photo of us to remember. Thank you Jose and the entire restaurant team for turning a lunch into a pleasant memory.
