“Best dive bar with live music in NJ! Amazing place to have a drink and hang. Staff is super cool and chill. It’s a great venue to get right up front to watch bands or just hang back by the bar and enjoy the show. There are a couple of public lots nearby and on street parking is usually pretty easy to find. Concert tickets and alcohol prices are extremely reasonable.“

“This place is your classic dive bar with good food. At first look you would be surprised they even make food, but it's worth it! I'm not going to lie and say it's some of the best I've ever had, but it's surprisingly good & better than some of the inedible crap being served in other places around town (looking at you Tatra Hause ). “Great little dive bar in P.L..... the bartenders are always friendly and fun...they do have a dart board and pool table to keep you occupied... the beers are always cold and the mixed drinks quite tasty...if you know what I mean!! I usually stop here in the afternoon but next time I want to check this place out at night“
“Good location, plenty of parking. Inside is on the smaller side, but the staff and the regulars are very friendly and welcoming. Food menu is limited, nothing extraordinary and can't say much for the drinks as I didn't try the beers, but the ambiance is pretty good if you're looking for an easy, laid back night out.“

Every segment of the bar has its own theme, they have a nostalgic retro arcade section in the back, bamboo trees in the mid section make you feel like your in Japan! The Bar has been around for so long due to its great service and joyful and lively ambience that it has a stench that can never be eradicated, which is always a good sign. 10/10 would recommend“

“I went for the first time this past Sunday and it was overall amazing! I didn't try the food however I did see a few plates and they looked delicious! The drinks are very generous if you know what I mean also the bar tenders were super fast and efficient and SUPER nice! It was spacious they had about 3 tents with bars inside and I loved the rustic ambiance of the place!“
