I ordered a half pepperoni and half olive and pineapple and they gave me pepperoni and ham and olive. They sent me another order this time they sent 2 slices of pineapple and olive and the rest pepperoni. I called back they told me I have to bring both of the pizzas back they wasn’t sending another driver back out. As if it was my fault. Oh and after they told me to keep the first pizza. I will never patronize this place ever again.

what i ordered was pizza ,brownies and hotwings and the SPECIFIC pizza that i ordered was one was sausage and one cheese.and what i got was 4 cheese slices and rest sausage on both. this doesnt deserve a rating but i wanted to be nice. i highly recommend this too cheap people who want whatthey didnt even order. and the hot wings tasted like chicken off the grill and wasnt even cooked correctly or done and wasnt even spicy.

When I walked in no one greeted me, in fact when I walked in they were all having a conversation laughing and smiling so one girl seen me and took her time coming to the window so I told her my name and she didn’t say anything she walked away to where there was another order she looked and seen it wasn’t mine. She went over the oven and said to me it’s coming out now, I said okay thank you so then began to finish the conversation the rest of them were having it’s now time for the pizzas to come out she takes them out still having the conversation I see her flipping really hard to get the pizzas out of the pan now it’s time for her to cut the pizzas and when I got home you can tell she was talking the whole time cutting the pizza with cheese on the side from her flipping the pizza out of the pan so hard, but all because they were all talking instead of realizing I was standing there. When it was time for her to give me my pizzas I basically had to reach behind the window she sat them down and walked away to talk with another employee. I left saying out loud how rude hope you all have a great night! I did not like the service of pizza at all

The staff in location is great.. great communication and clean etc… When it comes to the delivery staff it’s another annoying story…… They delivery driver will NOT use the door buzzer to bring food to apartment! It’s so frustrating bc I’m not from Paterson and to get this NEW LEVEL of treatment from Dominoes is crazy!!!!! I’ve been a customer since the 90’s! Might have to switch to the other guys????♂️Parking: Zero 0️⃣

Horrible walked in no greet the guy at the register was cursing up a storm then talking about how he's training for fighting and then he was shadow boxing ...grabs my food and just slides it to me with out saying thank you and turns around tells the guy at the oven something with curse words and then goes back to choking out the air I thought they train for customer service not trying to be Connor McGregor..0 stars clowns

On far to many occasions I’ve had my order delivered late and destroyed. I’ve tried calling but no one picks up. And after reviewing others experiencing the same thing it is clear to see that it is an issue that that needs to be brought up to corporate. Either they send someone to do a more thorough investigation or remove the store entirely. Very disappointed.

They are manipulating the online tracker, marking it as delivered before the driver even leaves the store with your order. Expect your order 1hr late and cold. Lady on the phone is rude and hangs up mid-sentence. This location needs new management, very poor service.
