I'll start off by saying that his location "USED" to be great. Unfortunately that's not the case anymore. Back when an associate named "Jennifer" was there, that location ran smoothly and efficiently. Her team was great. At least when she worked anyway. Thus Dunkin annoyed me, not only was their service slow but their bathroom had no soap. I told three different people and they just looked at me, muttered a few words and did nothing. I was very annoyed because as a customer they just all ignored me. I won't be
