The worst Dunkin you could possibly go to. They don’t ever listen to your order. They do not follow Dunkin’s protocols in making batches or beverages. As a Dunkin shift leader I’m very familiar and nothing they do is up to standards. They need new management or district manager who is more involved.
Donuts are stale, great staff , there's a digital price on the window that doesn't work I think purposely the price from the order speaker isn't the same when you get to the window but to avoid situations I don't say anything but they ask for a diff price my coffee is always made correctly
