This is one of the original Peruvian restaurants in Paterson. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was fantastic. Constantly came by to see if we needed anything. I normally order the Lomo Saltado, which is my favorite dish. But this time I got the Seco de res, so delicious. The beef was so tender that my mouth is watering just talking about it. We got a few appetizers which were so good as well. We got there for an early dinner but as we were leaving it started to get busy. I recommend you arrive early and parking in the area is not great either but it is so worth it. If you like Peruvian food then this place is a must stop!

Inconsistent food flavors, bad service and very expensive. I still find myself going there hoping to find the flavor I once tasted

It’s the stop i make every time i go to New York. Ive been to many Peruvian restaurants but this one is the one. From desserts, to lunch, to amazing dinner menu. I love to try many dishes there when I go. There is no let down when looking at the menu, is filled with many unique dishes that truly speak for themselves.

After having had a bad experience in Leña y Carbón opposite for denying my 7 year old son entry to the bathroom, I went to this place and they very kindly let me in, thank God humanity is not lost ?? as I say I understand that there are exceptions to the rules and I also understand that they do this to prevent the entry of homeless people or that they are going to commit misdeeds in the public bathrooms but from there denying entry to a child is unforgivable! Thank you Griselda Lounge staff for not denying my son the ability to pee without a problem, the poor thing was already doubling over in pain. Atte, a grateful mother!!!!
