Ordered from this restaurant twice and twice they got my orders wrong. Ordered the Hawaiian and Meat Lovers pizzas - the Hawaiian with no Pepperoni and the Meat Lovers without onions and peppers for takeout the first time. They didn't honor these customizations despite telling me that they WILL make the adjustments. On top of that, the two pizzas were cold on pickup as if the pizzas had been sitting out on the counter for an hour or two. They did not even offer to make it right during pickup. I wouldn't be surprised if the pizzas were old since they were cold and it contained the ingredients I've requested for them to omit.The second time, when ordering online delivery, HALAL BROTHERS PIZZERIA provides you with the option to add special instructions in the case of food allergies and customizations. Ordered the same items listed above and again, they did not honor the special notes. Received the pizzas with unwanted ingredients. I reached out to Doordash support for a resolution and they offered a redelivery. The manager reached out to me directly and stated if I received my order. I responded by stating that the order was delivered, however, the items were not made correctly. I was advised to reach out to Doordash for assistance. Doordash reached out twice confirming that they will be placing a redelivery, however, the owner cancelled the redelivery. I reached out to the owner and he stated that Doordash isn't paying them for remaking the food so therefore, they were not going to remake the order. He also stated that the notes were not clear on the order. To give readers a better perspective, the instructions states, "No Pepperoni" on the Hawaiian pizza and "No Onions and Peppers" on the Meat Lovers pizza. The owner provided me with his phone number so I can send him photos of the pizzas and I did. As of now, I still haven't received a response or acknowledgment of the incorrect order after providing evidence.Please stay away from this place if you value fresh food or if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies! You will not get your refund back or be compensated for their terrible mistakes.

This is apparently a BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA that comes without any buffalo sauce. 3-4 chunks of chicken on each slice and hard as a rock. The pizza was cold as hell. I was better of throwing my $20 bill in the garbage. Please do Better!!

The food here is terrible ? I ordered a pizza and a cheese burger today with fries, biting into the pizza you can taste only the dough and the bun for my cheese burger was burnt ? the fries was really soggy the food was so disgusting it’s unbelievable!! Never going back to this place again!!

The price seemed reasonable. However, the quantity of toppings (including the actual meat) provided seemed less for the amount paid. Otherwise, the pizza tasted good.The bread roll side provided was delicious. Oily, but delicious.Will most likely not return until the toppings provided are reasonable.
