“Ordered takeout:- Chocolate covered Strawberries (5/5)A) These travel beautifully well; B) The juicy, large strawberries enclosed in quality chocolate and a drizzle of white chocolate is the perfect way to end a meal. I would order these again in a heartbeat- Pistachio Waffle Stick (4/5)The pistachio topping, pistachio butter, and white chocolate drizzle made for a highly memorable combination of toppings. I would like to bottle up the pistachio butter they use. For takeout, the waffle did get soggy - somewhat like the bottom of an ice cream cone, and somewhat like choux pastry that's been sotting around. I prefer a fresh, crispy waffle component but this is the price you pay for takeout vs dining in store and having it fresh. Besides the waffle itself. This was a 5/5.“
“Around for a long time for a reason. Plus they have all the flavors you know and love. I love getting a black raspberry shake or maple walnut sundae. They have unbelievable selections and sugar free ice cream too. Another local classic. Fresh made ice cream that tastes like nothing else! Just the right balance of sweetness milk and flavor. Love this place. Cash only so keep that in mind!Dietary restrictions: Sugar free ice cream.Kid-friendliness: They don't have sit down but the place is enclosed.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat one level and plenty of room to navigate in and out.“
“Recently discovered this gem! Even though it was really busy, we got through the line quick and with great service! Their different selections were great! I’ve tried their mango iitalian ice, the cannoli gelato and the ciacolate gelato and all have been great! Definitely recommend this gem!“
“My family has been going to Griny’s since the 80’s but, sadly, over the years, the quality has declined. I tried Marie’s on a whim after searching for a Dominican bakery in Paterson on google and I am BLOWN AWAY. Just look at how much filling in that slice!! The cake is light and delicious. The frosting , too. And the filling is FRESH pasta de guayaba. my husband is Dominican and his birthday cake was 10/10!! This is my new spot for Dominican cake.“
