I called to ask if the food was on its way and they said they were going to send it at that moment. When the food arrived I received the wrong order. I called to let them know and there was no answer. After 7 phone calls and being immediately sent to the voicemail I was able to speak with the person that took my order. I explained that I got the wrong order in a very polite way and he dismissed me saying that I had order what I received. I explain to him that after I order I had talked to him to confirm my order and describe what I ordered and he confirm my order back to me and that it was about to be sent to my address, this was 1 hour and a half after I made the order. I received no apology for the mistake they made and no solution was offered for the negative experience I had. The food arrived cold too. The men was very rude and did not cared I won’t be ordering from this place again it’s unfortunate but they have no idea what customer service is. Unless you are trying to have a negative experience don’t order from here.

Javi Chimi definitely hits the spot. I've had their chicken chimi definitely a hit. I've also had their fritura platter, the fritura was fried to perfection. My only complaint, their fried plantains were soggy. They accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Cashapp.
