I'm glad they're cleaning up alot of places. I see the workers trying even the security but you can't fix dirty stupid ppl. Security really tried to keep it decent but the Crack heads and savages just push their way thru. I can't wait till it changes I'm counting the days to eat my burger in peace.

I was at McDonald's last Tuesday @ 160 market street paterson nj and got a double quarter pounder and took one bite out of it the burger was raw I took it up to counter were it was snatch out of my hand and I was also sick for 3 day Also thay are letting people sell drugs out of there k2 and nothing is being done this is sad u have people in there all day night can't even take kids there no more

Employees just standing around,they messed up my order and then I tried for almost 10 minutes to get someone's attention to correct my order.Foid and trash on the floor,tables and chairs with food and other messes left behind from other people. Also very loud kids screaming,teenagers arguing and no one tries to stop it or even addressed the issue
absolutely incredible the incompetence here. ordered two generic 1/4 pounder meals both showed up in a sealed bag w no fries for either meal, order two apple pies and two pumpkin and got just clearly whatever they had left in store into the bag one was even birthday cake? cant get through to anyone on the phone. really ordered because i just wanted fries and somehow got everything and what was brought was still wrong. smh

They really need to do something bout the table space too many ppl sitting Round taking up space just sitting around on there phones so when ppl come in to eat there no where to sit cause they taking up space but overall it's a good place to eat and the staff is professional and fast In and out service ☺

I don't eat from here except for very rare occasions so I can't rate the food but, I can certainly rate the service. I go almost every day and grab a large iced coffee for $.99 on the app. The staff has come to know me and are extremely friendly. I drink mine black with no sugar and they always ask if I'm sure. ? always service with a smile. I know my order is not big or special but for me the friendly staff and the cleanliness are worth a high rating.
