First let me say HORRIBLE!!! If I can give 0 stars I will gladly do so. They are more worried about the timer in the drive thru than efficiency, and quality. I order a steak round egg and cheese on a biscuit. They gave me a folded, egg hard biscuit, and the steak was so tough like the order they gave me was from 6 O clock am and it’s 10am.which I didn’t check and I normally do while I’m in the drive thruI ordered a sweet tea light ice. The ice was so full I asked her to take it back she took it back and then purposely gave me unsweetened tea. If they get all those non speaking English nasty rude ppl out the drive thru it’ll be a lil more smooth. Everyone there barley speak English then they get offended and try to be funny when u can’t understand them and or when your speaking to them. They pissed me off early in the am f’d my whole dang breakfast up

The workers are very friendly whoever the security guard here is veryyyyy rude, disrespectful, and loves to scream at people. The place is never clean, there’s garbage in their floors, and limited parking.

I literally just left after placing a mobile order and not able to pick up. Drive thru is supposed to be open until midnight and it’s well before that I placed the order. I drive up and the drive thru is blocked off so I park and try and head in the store but it’s locked. A staff member comes out and gives a drink to a car waiting outside. I ask about my mobile order and she says they are closed and then says to me cancel your order and heads back inside. I try and figure out how to cancel the order on the McDonald’s app and find out YOU CAN’T, per the apps instructions you have to call the restaurant to have them cancel it for you. It’s still only 11:30 at this point when they are technically supposed to be open so I try and call them. They don’t answer. So I’ve been charged for a meal I never got. Shouldn’t staff know about mobile app issues like this? They should know they have to cancel the order because it’s not possible on the app. I sent a complaint through on the app, it’s the only thing I could do at this point.
