The ladies that work the register and window are all really sweet and always provide top tier service…. The management leaves much to be desired. I think there used to be a woman manager on site who was really sweet but now there is a guy and let’s just say you can see the change. They like to pre-package the fries at times they think they’ll be busy and then give you cold fries in the drive thru and hope you don’t notice until you're already gone. UPDATE: The restaurant needs to be expanded, where the 2nd drive thru is, the left side, express pick up, one side should be pick up only and the other should be drive thru, it will be less crowded, plus where you order food, should be an automatic pay option, instead of paying the cashier, then after the order is done, go up the drive thru, and your meal would be ready...plus noticed that they have different managers: NEW UPDATE: One of the kiosk machine was not working so please...read full review
