Food was great and inexpensive. Flavorful and homey. Brush up on your Spanish because no one speaks English but were so helpful. We had a laugh at my 9th grade Spanish. Definitely a neighborhood eatery.

I went to Panchitos this evening and did not have a pleasant experience.1. Fries - very overcooked.2. Chicken - undercooked, did not have the same crispiness, and the flavor was definitely not the same, maybe they change the recipe? I believe they might have new owners.3. The SERVICE was horrendous, the waitress with long black hair was unfriendly, gave us the NASTIEST look when we ask for a container to take our ají home.We usually go once a month or once every to month, but we won’t be back.Panchitos was a good Peruvian establishment , too bad the terrible service and food has ruined that. Go somewhere else people! There’s still good pollo a la brasa in Paterson or Passaic.

I'm sorry but the Pollo ala brasa don't taste like to the others Peruvians restaurants on the town .please pay attention when you got to prep chickens to sale. Sorry again but .e and my Family don't like this Pollo a la brasa on this Restaurant. Pd: Arreglen esto debemos hacer q la comida Peruana siga quedando en un buen nivel internacionalmente.So fix this.
