First opened late all the time Because the owners speak Spanish, it's hard for someone English to get their food. It is also hard for a delivery person to pick up their food because of the communication. I waited an hour just to get served. I had to sit down. Miss my place in line when I got to the counter. I couldn't understand her she couldn't understand me. It was awful after I got my food, which took extremely too long. It took even longer to get my food. It took me about 1 hours and a half to order and get my food.

BE CAUTIONED! This Wendy's in Paterson is notorious for towing cars away. I believe they make more revenue towing cars rather than selling burgers. I parked in the Wendy's bought a coffee and sat inside while waiting for my son to complete his DMV work across the street. I left my coffee on the table to go to the restroom, by the time I came back, I saw my car being towed away. The people in the counter says, you have to call the number. When you call the number on the sign, the lady on the other end has no patience to listen to you. She accuses you of leaving the car in the Wendy's lot and going to the DMV. You have no choice but pay $250 cash to get your car back. I continued to wait inside the Wendy's for my son to come. I saw that the tow truck came back to pick up the next car in the lot.

I gave a 4-star review because the food is as expected nothing horrible. Your ordinary Wendy's food. However, there are always people begging outside. ? Also Wendy's is always towing someone's car so the tow trucks are holding up the small parking lot. Their drive-thru line is always long no matter the time of day. Most people that work there are ok but they have a few rude ones.

Food is almost always good and correct. They are normally busy, so nothing sits longer than it should. My only complaint is the women normally working behind the counter. You ladies need to get it a little more organized. I've seen people walk out in frustration. It's normally 3 people working the counter. There's no reason why you can't take someone's order.Parking: A lot of parking and enough space to move around.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for anyone in a wheelchair.

I shopped inside and when I went out I didn't have a car. The owner called the tow truck and had my car towed. They are committing fraud by having a contract with the tow truck company. I walked for 40 minutes in the cold weather and they gave me my car in exchange for $250 cash. I will complain about you.

The Business Life

The drive-through staff were very unprofessional by expressing annoyance while we were checking our food order, and after we requested ice in a cup.They really need to be trained better when interacting with customers and having more patience.Had they did that right, I would've given 5 stars.
