Foods fine wait times are atrocious and it's almost like they forget about orders that have been completed. Over an hour for 2 bagels is ridiculous.

It took more than 30 minutes to get two bagel breakfast sandwiches. They asked me if I wanted them toasted, and I said yes, yet they never even toasted the bagels… They were very skimpy on the bacon. The entire place was crowded and loud and I barely hear the person taking my order, nor did they call names loud enough for anyone to hear over the cramped store… 75% of the tables were occupied by teens lounging around. Saw an employee drop half of someone’s sandwich on the ground, where it sat for at least 15 minutes and was still there when I left…not very safe or sanitary. My plain bagel had a strange sweet taste to it, where one second it would taste sweet with a hint of cinnamon, and then the next i get a hint of onion…not worth how expensive it was.

The food is ok, but overpriced. I ordered a taylor ham, egg, and cheese on a toasted Asiago bagel, pepper and ketchup. Not hard…. It took almost 30 minutes, and the order was wrong, the bagel wasn’t toasted and there was no ketchup or pepper. I wasn’t going back in to wait another 30 minutes for them to fix it.

Stumbled across this shop on a whim after being in the area for appts and to put it lightly I do not miss an opportunity to stop in and grab some bagels every time I’m in the area. While the bagel style is a little different than NY bagels, I actually really enjoy how soft and fluffy the bagels are and still have that slight crunch on the shell. Sesame and jalapeño bagels are >>>

The bagels are good (almost on par with Udo’s) with the exception that the Everythings need salt. The coffee options are ok. Service is spotty. There have been too many times when they seem to have forgotten to fulfill the order or else move at a snail’s pace. It is a plus that it is a place to dine in rather than offer takeout only, and an extra plus because there is Al fresco seating for the nice weather days. We continue to go bc the food is good and if the order is delayed, we remind them right away instead of believing it will be ready any moment. Parking there is plentiful and easy.
Great NY style bagels with toppings (e.g., poppy, sesame) on both sides, warm, casual and comfortable atmosphere and VERY friendly and helpful owners and staff. I love their breakfast egg sandwich with bacon, eggs and cheese on toasted bagel. (See photo).

Bagels and cream cheeses are just OK. The bagels are a single texture inside and out. I prefer what many call a NY style bagel with a slightly shiny, lightly crips exterior shell and a soft, fluffy interior that has a nice chew to it and these are NOT that. The vegetable cream cheese did not have much vegetable flavor with only trace amounts of vegetable pieces that were visible. I cannot speak to any of the other offerings such as sandos, soups, juice bar, etc. Service was fine. It is a nice place with a coffee house feel, a variety of seating options in a space that is open and bright. If you are like me and take your bagels and spreads seriously, there are better options in the area.

Love the food and the ambience of the place. I see a lot of the reviews say the staff is nice or accommodating. I have not had the same experience. Whether on the phone or in person, never a hello, thanks or a smile. Recently I was there a half hour before closing and they said I could still eat at a table in the store. As I was eating, someone was mopping the floor. I had to lift my feet for them to get under my table. It might be a language issue so my suggestions - mop after the store closes, be courteous to the customers and have someone who doesn’t have a language barrier work the phones and the counter. Again, the food is great so I will continue to go there. Just thought I would make these suggestions.

I like the options available but its really disappointing when you think you're getting fresh jalapenos and then they're pickled. There's a number of restaurants in the area that do this and it drives me

Best bagel place in the area! Have been there a couple times now and have loved it. I normally always get an everything bagel, but the jalapeño bagel is my favorite from here, especially for a breakfast sandwich.
