A great place for dinner out, in a quiet and relaxing location. The service is outstanding: quick, attentive, and friendly. All of the food that we ordered was both fresh and well prepared- you can even watch your sushi being prepared. Would definitely recommend the Philadelphia Roll or the Dynamite Roll. The Scallion Pancakes were also divine.

Very Happy with the food and service at Happy Wok Pennington. My daughter and I shared several very nice meals at this Pennington hidden gem including her birthday. The Sweet and spicy soup was outstanding as well as our sushi and sashimi entrees. My compliments to the Itamae!

Delicious white meat chicken. Absolutely stellar, have not sat down to eat. Always gotten takeout. The combo is good and the portions are good for leftovers. Place looks cute inside

Today we ordered a sea food soup and sushi sashimi combo for two people. The owner placed two orders and doubled price. She played "for two" game. For two and two orders are two different things. If we wanted two orders, we would place two different food. She played "smart double price" game by asking for two? Be careful for her tricks

Food is delicious!! My kids love their noodles. I like their rolls, but we have tried many of their main dishes and we haven’t been disappointed. Best Asian place in town!!

3-3.5 rating! I'll say that this is a good take out spot and maybe less of a dine in spot. We came here on a weekday around 7pm and it was empty inside, but very busy with delivery orders and pickup. The woman working here that we met was very nice but understandably overwhelmed with the amount of orders the kitchen needed to do in addition to us and one other table eating in house. We ordered: miso soup, fried pork gyoza, scallion pancake, dynamite roll, and Philly roll. The fried pork gyoza and scallion pancake was good but they were both over cooked. The scallion pancake didn't have many layers or chewy texture only crispy. The rice was a bit dry. Our sushi took quite a long time to arrive to the table even with the understanding that one of the rolls was going to be briefly fried (also over cooked). I'd consider coming here again and getting take out and trying the entrees!

My family and I have been going to this place since it opened. The food is delicious, the staff is super friendly, and the orders are always very quick. I’ve done delivery, take out, and dining in, and I have never had a problem! Highly recommend!

After much discussion members of my family arrived at an Asian spot not far from our home in mercer county. Three different lunch specials were tired with great results. The green tea ice cream with chocolate sauce and whip cream ended a 10 for 10 meal. The server and attention by the owner was extra special and very uncommon in this area. This is not a 19/19 overall restaurant as stated by Tripadvisor reviews in the past.

I went to the restaurant as a friend recommended me the place. I chose to go there before a track meet I had a few hours later. When I got there, I was met with the nicest staff and the best restaurant owner. The food came out pretty fast, and tasted really good. I got a bento box from this place and it was a filling and delicious meal for a good price. I truly recommend going there for some authentic Japanese/Chinese food.
