Waited 20 minutes while the person ignored the line of 6 people waiting in the store so he could make sandwiches for people who ordered on the app. When asked how much longer it would be until they served the line, the worker yelled back that he was busy and skip me in line when he was ready to serve the line. It was 6am and there was no one in the store waiting for food that ordered from the app.

First and probably last time at this Dunkin, walked in at 10 and asked for a sandwich, male employee says no sandwich at this time because he was the only one there (weird) on a Saturday! Slim donut selection, not very clean, poor customer service and low staffing. Decided to order a donut and coffee instead.

If your on your way to work don't stop at this Dunkin location. The guy is completely rude! I went for an order pick up which I initial went to the wrong location giving him apple time to have my order ready. I greeted him with good morning and asked if he had an order for my name. There was no one in this store at all. He completely ignored me and went about whatever he was doing. I stood there for a good 5mins and not a word was said then he got my order together and just put it on the counter. Still no words. As I walked out I said hope you have a good day and still nothing. Never even looked my way. Sir you chose to get up and work there. No one else made you do it. The customer should not have to give you better customer service then you give them. Find a new job if you don't like where you are but until then treat people with respect.

I’ve gone here 3 times and every time they have messed up my order. It’s really not hard to make a frozen coffee but they manage to get my order completely wrong every time

Depressing location, not as nice as other renovated Dunkins nearby. Employee behind the counter was quite rude. They did not speak to me at all, not even a hello. Employee was visibly frustrated when I changed my order before making the payment or even preparing it. Proceeded to prepare my order in a very stand off-ish matter. Dissatisfied in general.
I bought a blueberry muffin with a blood orange drink. Dunkin has from Donuts ? to breakfast sandwiches, coffee ☕️ and ice cold drinks.

This dunkin is dope. I ordered from the wrong dunkin and called them to let them know I wouldn't be picking it up. Lol. The manager offered me a refund which was nice. I then ordered again from the wrong store. This time I sucked it up and drove there and when I got there I told him not to worry about it since I'm clearly incompetent sans caffeine and he refunded me anyways. My coffee was also fire
