Went there before 10 and they didn’t answer drive thru and had the doors locked already when the hours say 10:30 for both. Saw both the employee ladies just standing in the front with the headset on. Wasted 20mins has all the other food places I would’ve went too were closed. Thanks a lot
Me and my family went to Popeyes today and purchase three meals 2 were suppose to have rice and beans so as I'm pulling out my brother tells me one rice and bean was missing i came back around to drive thru to let them know one was missing when I came to the window the women who prepared the order was there visibly with an attitude and tried to make it seem like we were lying I didnt want to but i had to speak up and I started going off. Then I asked for the manager after who was already standing there during the situation. She needs to be retrained . I asked her did she not just witness this exchange and she said yes but really didn't want to deal with the situation and said they were talking to her and closed the window why do customers have to deal with nasty customer service everyday it needs to change. The women tried to give me the rice and bean after all that and I didn't take it. I know some people may lie about not getting food but as for me lie for what. I paid for it why is it a crime to tell you you made a mistake and you just correcting it this is not the first time this has happen and I'm not the only one this has happen to.
