They should expand the place, it is small for the number of people who visit the place, the food has good flavor, low in fat and salt level.

The food is horrible they microwave the food in front of your face it sits in metal trays with out heat for god knows how long the women that work there are only worried about the men smiling in there face and everytime you go the prices are different I would never go back horrible and do no recommend

The waitress was very pleasant and the food, which I ate with some uneasiness, tasted good. The reason for my hesitation was that the first mofongo we ordered appeared to have the impression of four huge fingers. At first we thought it was just a coincidence, until the second mofongo came out. And sure enough, there were those four huge fingerprints again. When we questioned the waitress, the owner/manager responded explaining that the mofongo is removed from the pilon by hand (gloved).The waitress added that this the way the new cook handles the mofongo... which she agreed was peculiar.Latex gloves may potentially spread more germs if the same gloves are used to handle raw food or clean.What's wrong with using a utensil to remove the mofongo from the pilon??

No prices on the menu - this is America not DR. 2 bowls of soup with 2 bottles of soda $37.50 not including tip! Sancocho was very salty. Wouldn't go back. Meh.

This is not what it used to be. It breaks my heart that this place changed because I grew up around the corner. I should have tested the take out because I came down with a crazy stomach virus. I also came 45 minutes before they closed so I am not sure if maybe that was the reason why I got scraps of crap but it wasn’t top tier like they used to be. This makes the fifth time I ordered that I came down with a virus so I had to express my experience. Nonetheless I am sure they have fresh food during the day and maybe I just have bad luck but if you come here and not feeling good by the next morning on the toilet don’t be surprised. Maybe they should use less of somethingWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for those of us that could use the wheelchair to get around

I had excellent breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage and fried cheese, with mashed potatoes. Sausage spicy and very good. Fried cheese super. Fresh squeezed orange juice is a must. Service is attractive. Friendly local place with much chatter among the customers. Good place.
