Was not happy with this restaurant. The food was not really authentic Portuguese food, what we did get was not appetizing. If you are looking for traditional Portuguese cuisine this is not the place. The sangria was ok. The place smelled old and musty. For the money we spent it should have been better.
The owners must have changed. I was regular there when I worked in Perth Amboy. Even after I left the area, I came back a lot to eat there. Since COVID, this is my second time there, the food was not as good. The sangria and company was the best part of the evening.

I have to say I love this place!!! Been going here for 20 years. They have a new owner but still they don’t disappoint. I was a little skeptical not gonna lie. Owner is very friendly and hands on. Staff is always there with a smile and greet you with one as well. I just ordered some stuffed salmon and hash potatoes. This was so delicious. It was well seasoned.
