I have to admit, this is absolutely the best place in Middlesex County to get donuts and baked goods. The quality of the cakes is unmatched. And the price is affordable. The staff and atmosphere are welcoming. If you want an amazing donut or baked good, this is your place.I have to admit, this is absolutely the best place in Middlesex County for donuts and baked goods. the quality of donuts are sweet, and so rich. And the price cannot be beat. The staff and environment are both welcoming. If you want an amazing donut or baked good, this is your spot.

The women who work here are rude. I arrived to buy sweet bread and I was waiting for her to attend to me and they left me waiting for a while and I said to the girl, hello, excuse me, can I order some bread and I told myself with an attitude that I had to wait so keep standing there. A man came in and sat there where I was waiting and the woman attended to him once, then I went again saying hello, excuse me, I only want one piece of bread and she ignored me and I told the manager to tell the worker not to be like that with clients and Then she told me that I am not a worker that she was a manager. What a bad service and I was thinking about ordering food too, even the desire was gone!

Love going there with my friend because I don't speak much Spanish and he helps me bridge that sweet cultural gap! ?I love all pastries and the people are very nice.

Good food, bad service. If you're not a man don't bother going as they serve them first to get their tip and laugh when you call them out.

The best bakery in town!!! Always fresh. Only takes cash for orders though.

Love to come here, this establishment has been in business for over 40 years. Good old Brooklyn style bakery. Servicing their communities.

The more time goes by the worst this place gets. The owner is greedy and if he sees that something sells he will continue to raise the priceParking: Horrible

This is a quick stop for Mexican Pastries, tacos or a Cuban sandwich. Small and old.

Very prejudice. I watched many other people enter, get served, and leave. I am very hungry, but haven't been greeted and she walks by. I was laughed at by other Spanish customers who obviously see I speak English (assuming I don't understand them). I can usually get by with limited Spanish-- but they are prejudice and their loss. I won't come back. Yelping seemed to help; tacos are on their way. Photo soon. The tacos were delicious but still was so rudely treated. Updating: I probably would return and bring a Spanish speaking friend. I saw another customer get served a sugar coated fresh jelly donut. I want one too.

Was looking for a Portuguese place to celebrate my friend's birthday. We didn't find it in Perth Amboy after all. But since that's where we thought we would, and I was there first, I walked around the corner and happened upon Primavera. Very nice! It's a little authentic place where you can't possibly expect to get by without knowing Spanish. I tried, I pointed to a couple of things, and got a couple of desserts to go for the birthday celebration. It worked out. They were able to help me find what was sweeter vs. less sweet and patient while I looked (they helped other customers but I motioned for that, and came back to me when I was ready). It is some wonderful Latin American fare on par with anything near me, very reasonable price, easy access, and brings life to the neighborhood. If you're considering a place that says it's Portuguese, you'd rather be here at a fraction of the cost, way better atmosphere, and more authentic to its name.

I’ve been coming here since I’m a kid! If I’m ever in the area I always stop to bring snacks home!

Cakes are ok, the one I bought did not taste fresh. Staff are not helpful or friendly.
