Poor service I think my cake was from a couple days old funny taste only thing that was fresh was the strawberries. Also someone skipped the laying process of strawberries they cakes use to be fresh. Never again in I placed an order for it to be freshly made. Waste of money throw the whole cake away.

Closed now after 50 years but was the best bakery. Brings me back to my childhood Staff changes were obviously made over the years but still great service

NOTICE! Sadly they are closing on June 4th! Get here while you can! Try everything and take home even more for your last opportunity to try their goods.???

Kind of surprised how well rated this bakery is. The pastries, cupcakes, and cannolis are pure sugar to the point of being inedible.

I don't recommend this bakery because unfortunately it is now closed. What a shame, they had great baked goods.

Sipo's was around since the Stone Age. Just kidding. Maybe not since then but it was always there for everyone to enjoy. My girls are now 41 and 37 and they got to sample their baked goods since they were little. My husband's grandmother lived in Perth Amboy so whenever we cane down from Buffalo, NY, we ALWAYS stopped at Sipo's to take some treats back home with us. Sometimes they never made it home. But the treats reminded us of Perth Amboy during the 9 hour trip back to Buffalo. It has been 32 years since we have visited Sipo's and 28 since my husband's beloved grandma passed away. All those years have passed, but the memory of visiting Sipo's Bakery has never gone away. Great baked goods, friendly atmosphere, and the best memories for us and our family. We will remember this Perth Amboy gem forever. So very sad to see it go. 6/4/23 will be a very sad day for everyone who grew up with such a nice traditional bakery. Wish it could have stayed for future generations to enjoy.

Ordered Hungarian Kifli Cookies, Hungarian Beigli Walnut and Poppy-seed rolls. It was well packaged and survived shipping without any issues. The pastries themselves where delicious!

Good god, that was the best Boston Creme Donut I have ever had. The Hungarian Walnut Roll and the Apple (Danish?) thing were super fresh too... but that Boston Creme was the best. I need to go back for another.
