Torres Cafe & Catering did the catering for my Father's 70th Birthday Celebration on February 24, 2024! The food was exceptional! Everyone asked me who was the catering restaurant?! I let them it was Torres Cafe & Catering! My guest and I loved every dish! The guest was so in love with the yuca! I am pleased with the service, the wonderful job on all the dishes, the flavor was outstanding! It means a lot that you all delivered to the event! Service was above and beyond my expectations! I absolutely adore Torres Cafe! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the environment is always welcoming. Krystal, in particular, is a gem. She goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is top-notch every time I visit. I've never had a bad interaction with her; in fact, she makes the restaurant 10 times better with her warmth and professionalism. After reading a negative review about Krystal, I was so upset because it's so far from the truth. She's always been attentive and kind to me and I know others would agree. Torres Cafe is a wonderful place, and Krystal is a big part of why I keep coming back.

I loved Torres, I went to school across the street and I currently work in a local school so I would religiously go for breakfast or lunch. But now I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE AGAIN. There's a particular waitress, I believe her name is Cristal, too many times she has taken people's order who came after me, when I finally asked her if she could please take my order she gave me a horrible attitude, she said she was busy, yet I had been waiting a good 15 minutes for my order to be taken. She grabbed an empanada and didn't even give me a bag or napkin she directly handed it to many in such a bad manner, I told her I was not going to take it because that was hygienic and she said "take it its free because apparently I had you waiting" .. no you did have me wait over 10 minutes and then I still had to ask you to take my order. This is not the first time, every time I go in she happens to be there and she COMPLETELY IGNORES ME, today was the law straw, I was the ONLY person waiting and she walked away, I waited again about 10 minutes, no one took my order so I walked out. NEVER AGAIN, horrible horrible experience. That waitress needs to change her attitude, as I know my friends and coworkers have shared similar experiences in the last weeks. They are going to start losing customers.
