IF YOU GOING TO ORDER FROM CHECK YOUR FOOD THEY WILL CHARGE FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been a weekly customer for the last 2/3 years give or take The food is alright compared to the bigger cities where I am from, These people have given to me my Boyfriend & I appreciated that when My son died free food. Today I ordered my 92nd Cheesesteak from this place & they made the wrong sandwich first time happening & THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE & THEN DOCTORED A FAKE RECEIPT, tHE LADYY ON THE PHONE THINKS CHEESESTEAKS ARE CALISUBS. Anyway, it was my FAULT SAID THE OWNER out of the 92 cheesesteaks I've ordered my boyfriend ordered 60 at least & supposedly "she doesn't know how to do her job" Her words, were not mine. Today on Valentine's Day he messed up my sandwich cool THEY WILL NEVER ever GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN not that it was needed but after being refused a refund or the sandwich to be remade for a sandwich I didn't want to order & or messed up is wild God Bless Yall tho. Thanks for showing me my $ Don't me anything.

The only pizza place we order from!! Food always comes hot, never had a bad meal from them. The owners are great people!!
The delivery person delivered the food that I paid for to someone else. When I called Canal Side I was told that they would remake the food and deliver it.Awesome.However, a few minutes later they called me back and told me that they would not remake the food. Their reasoning was that why should they be out the food and money to redeliver? Also, that if I called the cops on the people that received the food that maybe they would remake it.That is not good customer service. I paid for food that I did not get.
Their delivery driver handed my food to somebody outside that didn't even live at my address an when I called about my order the owner told me what do you want me to do take a loss.. horrible customer service an the mistake was on their end a refund would have been nice or atleast replace the order since it happened from the company's mistake.. wont order from them ever again

I don't think anyone can have better food than Canal side. This place is great . It's a little small to dine in, but it's worth the wait. I've had a cheese steak and pizza so far and it was the best!

So coming from the Bronx and moving to NJ, I could never find any pizza place that comes even close to New York style pizza. I’m sorry to say it but New Jersey pizza is disgusting…. Until I found the holy Grail of pizza.!!!! Canalside is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! It’s addictive too!!!! When I moved into the area I decided to give them a try and was really nervous because I was really craving pizza and tried other places in the area and it was just so bad!But I literally order from Canalside like every week!! It’s always fresh always delicious anything that I order. Anybody that comes to visit I immediately look for an excuse to order some canalside. Everyone has told me that this pizza and everything else on the menu is absolutely amazing. It’s fresh and you can really taste the pride that they take in their business!!! Thank you so much for making work from home days more bearable! Once I order from this place I’m in happy mode!!!!!!Keep up the good work!!!!
Excellent food! Highly recommended we frequently got food when they were located adjacent to the Norton's on 22 and countinue to support them at their current location on south main.
