Very rude and confrontational order taker. She was extremely condescending that I had to complain to the manager Andy who tried to pass it off as a misunderstanding. I assure you there was no misunderstanding I ordered a specific item and she got upset when her upsell pitch didn’t work and became condescending. I don’t go to fast food drive thru to get lectured or talk down to.

We went by with my friend at Philipsburg , May 12/2020 ,and the food was gross .We ordered the deluxe meal.It took 3 minutes to get in lane, pay and get the food .I am sure it was sitting there for a while ,Disgusting oily, the potatoes were old ,cheese was not melted and thesnawich tasted old.I myself ate only one potato because I noticed how bad they were .We both got sick with diarrhea and my husband has a stomach ache since 3 :00PM.We know for sure ,we will never go there again.I wonder if is worth to lose 2 customers or gain 2 customers?

The staff here was good and efficient just as you would hope for / have come to expect from chick-fil-a they guys outside in the cold taking orders and collecting payment where hustling and my food came out fresh and exactly as ordered.Parking: Huge parking area for them and a few neighboring businesses that provided ample close parking and overflow parking if it is too busy.

Food tasted either poorly cooked, over cooked, stale or just straight up rotten on any given day. I have given them more than enough chances at this point and each time I try them again I am met with a new reason to feel disgusted and concerned. This was such a quality Chic-Fil-A at one point, I wouldn't feed it to my dog now. I also would like to add that while they were extremely polite, the preparation of the food itself also makes a difference when considering customer service in the food industry. And it is evident this location really does not care about their food whatsoever to the point where they may risk making their customers sick. I mean I had to put my sandwich down the other day because the smell and taste was so worrying. Until they pull it together which I don't think I'll know because I'm so traumatized from giving them so many chances, I don't think I'll do it again.

My experience was very disappointing. On 3/1 we ordered a $70 pick up order. When we arrived home we found that they did not put our Cobb salad with the order. Sent an email and was told to come back the next day. Here’s the issue: we live in PA and it is a inconvenience to go back, but I did the next day. All they would do was replace the salad and offer me a free cookie. As a business owner I think this was not very good customer service. When I questioned management I was told that’s their policy. Do not think we will visit them agsin

I actually first went to Chick-fil-A in Phillipsburg on my anniversary with my husband. Their food and service was so great that I had to go back there with my children, and they loved it too. You actually taste the food as real, not something artificial.Kid-friendliness: There's a play area for kids.
