I went to go get a Strawberry piña colada it taste like ice blended no flavor nothing I went back to ask for a refund she would not give me a refund because the employee said that they don’t have it on the system to refund anyone and there is no manager in duty and the drink was awful Bad customer service ever.

Went to this Dublin waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru gave the order to show up at the window for Dunkin staff not to have the order at all. Repeated the order back to her to get an attitude and yanking money away from me. When I checked the drinks she got the order wrong and didn’t add another drink that I paid for. When I asked for a manager there was none on site. I told them to keep the $5 and I left without my coffee and red velvet macchiato. Never again going to this unprofessional, disrespectful Dunkin’. I’ll go to the other one in 723 instead.

Just received my food through drive thru, completely disgusted by what I found, on the food and inside the bag, nasty.......plastic glove stuck to my food, upsetting, never going there again,.....
Went through late night drive-thru, was really cravin a mocha latte and the gentleman did not disappoint. As soon as I had the cup in my hand i smelled the fresh coffee aroma and could tell this drink was going to be it. Perf.mix of coffee and mocha, not too sweet and just right. This guy knew exactly what he was doing. Wish I caught his name to give him credit. Ive been to many DDs but this one was the best
