My son and I ordered the fried pierogies, and to our surprise, they came served on a plate with "blue cheese" dressing instead of SOUR CREAM ?, so I thought, well this waitress may be new and she looks very young, so maybe she doesn't know how it should be, so I asked her if she can please bring us sour cream. In a minute, she returned to say that they were out of sour cream, so they gave Blue Cheese. From working in food/customer service and owning a family restaurant growing up, I can't tell you how many times I was sent to the "market boy" store down the road to get anything we needed if we were to run out, JUST SO THAT WE WOULD KEEP OUR CUSTOMERS SATISFIED!!I MEAN , WHO SERVES FRIED PIEROGIES WITH BLUE CHEESE?? AND I AM A BLUE CHEESE LOVER!!!! YOU MUST HAVE SOUR CREAM!!!!!!!The stuffed shells were absolutely flavorless and mostly mozzarella without ricotta, my second most favorite cheese!!!The chicken soup, nothing to write home about, and the orange garlic bread??, eh needed flavor too.I really was craving some good Italian cooking, but I did not find that here, not tonite. Definitely was disappointed to spend too much money on food with no flavor.

We have been loyal customers to Frank's Pizza as we think they have the best pizza in town. However, our last 2 recent experiences have not been pleasant.Over the holidays, we ordered several pies about 40 minutes from closing. Upon arrival, as we waited for our pizza, a worker was on the phone. When she saw my brother arrive, she said a few choice words in Spanish because it was near closing time. The funny thing is we speak Spanish, and when we asked who she was commenting on (no one else in the store), the manager said it was not directed at us and that she was on the phone. Now fast forward to this past week. We entered for dinner, and our waitress was nice and attentive at first. My husband asked for broccoli and cavatelli. She asked my husband what kind of pasta he wanted. We were a.bit confused and reminded her that cavatelli is the pasta...again an easy mistake on her behalf. We weren't shaken up by it at all. She asked what kind of bread we wanted, and we both responded to garlic. She returned 2 times there after to ask what kind of bread we wanted. We were still not bothered or upset by these minor things...Then our food arrives. I asked for lasagna, and the picture you see is what I got. When she first asked if everything was OK, we said everything was fine as I was just hungry and figured maybe the flavor would have me look over my pile of mush (not lasgna) ... I took several bites, and it was not good at all. Mostly cheese and whatever meat they used was not good. When she returned to check on us, I kindly said. "To be honest, this is not a lasagna and what it should look like or taste." Her response was not apologetic at all but instead said well I don't know, I've never had it. " She made no attempt to fix the situation or offer another meal. I understand I'm not dining at a 5 star establishment, but most people know what lasagna is and what it should look and taste like. Not a pile cheese, sauce, and mush. Then, from there forth, she was just rude and slapped the check on the table and threw the pen on the table.I dont need to make a scene, so I paid and off I went. With no desire to ever return.Hire better trained staff Frank's!

I’ve lived in the area all my life and Franks is an institution. Back in 2000 when I’d go to a movie, we’d follow up with some slices at Franks! Always amazing variety and delicious food. Now, my family and I all have different preferences so we really love to get a couple different personal pizzas. We usually go with a buffalo chicken, tortellini, and a penne vodka. They NEVER disappoint. We’re big calzone fans and they recently added a large calzone option to their menu…OMG. It is the biggest, most delicious calzone in the area by far. The picture doesn’t do it justice! If you’re on the fence and not sure where to order from/eat…GO HERE!!!

We had our field hockey team pizza party. The set up was great. They had pizza out quickly. There was no issue with bringing our own dessert (cupcake cake). They make this event super easy for me as the coach!

Frank's Pizzeria is a culinary masterpiece! From the very first bite, I was transported to a world of pizza perfection. The flavors danced on my taste buds, creating a symphony of taste that left me craving more. The crust, with its impeccable balance of crispiness and chewiness, was nothing short of divine. What truly sets Frank's apart is their creative topping combinations. Each pizza is a unique masterpiece, and it's impossible to pick a favorite because they're all exceptional. Whether you're a fan of classic Margherita or prefer adventurous toppings, Frank's has something to satisfy every palate.Beyond the extraordinary food, the atmosphere is a welcoming haven for pizza aficionados. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is a memorable one, making you feel like a cherished guest.Frank's Pizzeria is not just a restaurant; it's an experience. If you're on the quest for the pinnacle of pizza perfection, Frank's is the destination you've been searching for. This is not just a five-star pizzeria; it's a slice of heaven!

So sad, I go there almost every day and last time when I grabbed a drink from vending machine and drunk some of it I realized that it is expired 20 days ago and has some mold inside and when I friendly mentioned it. The first thing I heard back from the guy is “ if you get sick call Pepsi ” instead of saying sorry and go check the rest in the fridge. The drink was Tropicana orange juice

Used to be a regular customer. However I was given a bunch of lines and refused some red chilli flakes in a small cup as condiment unless i pay more. Done going here. Plenty of other pizza places around.

Price went up and quality went down! Used to be great but my last visit there was someone new, gave me old pizza, sauce tasted like kechup and a family member got sick from it.

Every time we order through Slice there’s a problem. Today they “forgot” to make our cheesesteak. After chatting with Slice, they refunded us. But we still wanted the cheesesteak. Tough luck I guess. If I hadn’t messaged Slice, would they have just kept my money? This is the THIRD time they have left something off our order that we paid for. Good food, but questionable ethics.*Management is blaming Slice, but the people I talked to said they forgot to make the cheesesteak, not that they didn’t get the order.*

They have delicious food and the most amazing garlic knots I've had in quite some time. The waitress was a little forgetful, but everything else was wonderful. The only thing I didn't care for was the Caesar dressing on my salad, but it was still a great salad.
