I asked for no cheddar cheese on my omelette, and I saw my server take note. I was about a third way through the omelette when I noticed what was inside - cheddar, and lots of itBy the time my meal was over, she could see I was having a reaction to the cheese, my face was turning red. By the evening, my face had broken out. Their cook(s) need to be more careful next timeThe food was good, service was decent. The next time the waitress wants to accuse me of stealing even after leaving a tip and harass people next they will have corporate at their location. I paid through a mobile app and here’s proof of purchase if you would like to message me directly. Better yet I will be in today to show proof of purchase. Don’t go aggressively harasssing people about who other people are when people travel from all over the country and stop at restaurants to eat. I AM DISGUSTED BY THE LACK OF RESPECT, DISGUSTED BY ACCUSATIONS, DISGUSTED BY ALOT I WILL BE IM TODAY AND YOU WILL HAVE CORPORATE REACHING OUT
The service in this place is terrible. I was at the register to place a to go order the waiter told me they don't do orders at the register only on line. That's weird. But I need to sub an item. They don't give that option on line. She told me on a minute she'll ring me up. 25 minutes later when I asked for a manager he just said wait for the waiter give her a minute. But she finally came 5 minutes later. To take my order. A half hour wait to place an order is crazy.

20 minutes of waiting for out curbside and finally called for them to tell us they don’t have curbside! And never notified us the service wasn’t available yet let us order and feel us to check in and park. Our food was cold. We gave our number in the app!They didn’t even apologize on the phone and offer to run it out. Kids was rude as if we should have known . When the order went through but didn’t let us know. Took our money OK!!

Recently made a catering order and iHop and the team at the Phillipsburg location far exceeded expectations. The food was fresh, well packed, and the team was able to help me load my vehicle efficiently and professionally.My office had a great overall event, I’ll definitely be coming back and partnering for future events with this location specifically.The manager even reached out a couple days later to check on everything and get feedback. Very much appreciated.
